Title Re-Establishment Surveys

MSG is well equipped to attend to all title re-establishment survey requirements needed for your new home or building. If your project involves any building works, subdivisions, erecting a boundary fence or managing any encroachment issues, a Title Re-Establishment survey is an efficient and legally binding tool to provide clarity and direction.

Under the supervision of our Licensed Surveyors (registered under the Surveying Act 2004), the legal boundaries of your property will be determined with all due considerations to:

– Repairs or erections of perimeter fencing, walls and/or buildings
– Determining the total lot area for a land development design or to prepare for any sale
– Verifying property boundaries and area as part of your pre-purchase checklist
– Identification of any encumbrances, easements or restrictions on the Title. Eg: is there a caveat on the property that you’re purchasing?
– Evidence-based resolution of any boundary disputes between neighbouring properties
– Comprehensive reference points for designers and architects to initiate any designs in preparation to initiate construction
– Determining, verifying and marking the location of title boundaries
– Identifying any legal issues and rights pertinent to the title (our consultants are also experienced with navigating any obstacles that may prove difficult to overcome)

The plans that we provide to you after our field surveys are signed by a Licensed Land Surveyor which is a legal document admissible in a court of law. MSG is acutely aware that boundary disputes hinge primarily on re-establishment surveys and the evidence they provide so we take particular care in the precision of our plans and the information they provide.
